Our story this week on our Podcast is definitely some resources from our wonderful interview with Stacey Ruth – business owner, marketer, leadership and executive coach, minister, and entrepreneur. Whatever leadership challenge you are faced with right now, I’ve been in your shoes before.
I’ve had 2 failed marriages, struggled with imposter syndrome, overwhelm, exhaustion, and disillusionment. And I’m sure that you have, too.
It wasn’t until I went through a process of deep self-discovery that I cracked the code for my own personal and business transformation.
I spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur running successful agencies, growing them, giving them waaaay too much of myself and my time. (Ring any bells?)
Our natural state is one of power, passion and freedom. There is always more to learn, explore, be and do, but most of us accumulate some level of limiting beliefs that keep us at a level below our full potential.
It is possible to create powerful shifts in our lives when you activate the universal process required, and tap into the inner wisdom we all possess.

- Now an Night Ritual- will give you Clarity
- 1- How was I today?
- 2- How did I show up today?
- 3- Appreciation and Gratitude for the many blessings for the Day for the many blessings that you received
- This will Empower you
- See It to Believe It
- Naming it and Claiming it – Claim that Attitude!

SHIFT 1 – WHEN YOU ARE SICK & TIRED
Willpower is not enough when we are experiencing resistance to change. We must be completely ready – or “sick and tired” of our current reality.
SHIFT 2: SURRENDER
Our old way of thinking can only take us where we’ve already been. We must surrender much of what we think we know.
SHIFT 3: YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Getting a guide and a tribe not only provides insight and experience of how others succeeded, it also gives structure and vital accountability.
SHIFT 4: TRUST THE FIRE WITHIN
We will spend some time together learning how to rely on our own guidance system more than anything else.
SHIFT 5: GET CLARITY
Be clear about where you want to go. Shift is a pilgrimage towards something greater. Open up a channel for infinite creativity and possibility.
SHIFT 6: OWN YOUR SHIFT
You see the world as it is – in all its gloriousness – for the first time. You know where you are headed, releasing what has held you back.
SHIFT 7: INITIATION
All the patterns and conditioning that we’ve received from family and society come to the surface for us to see, and choose whether to release it.
SHIFT 8: PLAN TO PRACTICE
Your habits determine your outcomes. Build a plan to strengthen a new way of showing up in the world.
SHIFT 9: GET UNCOMFORTABLE
New behaviors can be awkward, and we hate being uncomfortable. Discomfort is a sign of progress. Stay the course.
SHIFT 10: BE THE OUTCOME
Immerse fully in the experience you want to have. Our vision must be about us, and how we feel, not the “stuff” in our lives.
SHIFT 11: CHOOSE YOU
Transform your inner critic into an inner coach. Become your biggest fan.
SHIFT 12: CELEBRATE THE SHIFT
Gratitude is 100% necessary to retaining any shift you undertake. Appreciate your success to get more of it.
